ABOUT THE AERIAL YOGA COURSE

Aerial Yoga (also known as Anti-Gravity Yoga) combines traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga postures with the use of a soft hammock suspended from the ceiling. This technique helps to decompress the spine, enhance core strength, and improve flexibility — while also making inversions more accessible and safe.

Not necessarily. While classes are taught in English, our students come from all over the world. English is generally not the first language so our teachers try to simplify concepts or repeat to make the content understandable.

To become a certified yoga teacher, a minimum requirement of 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course from a Yoga Alliance registered yoga school is required.

All our teachers hold reputed degrees such as MA, MSc as well as PHD in yoga science, with many years of teaching experience.

We accept 10-15 students in one class to give personal attention and care to each one.

Absolutely. All our residential packages (100 hours YTTC, 200 hours YTTC, 300 hours YTTC, 50 Hours Aerial YTTC, Retreat) include comfortable accommodation (private or shared options) and three nutritious, vegetarian/sattvic meals per day to support your practice and detoxification.
 
Our Sound healing course fee don’t include accommodation. Its fee including only lunch and training and certification fee.
