300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India

You have completed your 200-hour foundation. Now it is time to go deeper, teach better, and earn the highest globally recognised credential in yoga — the Yoga Alliance USA RYT-500. Tratak Yoga’s 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is built exclusively for certified RYT-200 graduates, intermediate, and advanced practitioners who are ready to move from being a good yoga teacher to an exceptional one.

This is not a repeat of what you already know. This is a complete advancement — covering specialised modules in aerial yoga, sound healing, advanced asana, yoga therapy, deeper yoga philosophy, and masterful teaching methodology — all in one structured, immersive 28-day program on the banks of the Ganga, in the shadow of the Himalayas.

The combination of your 200-hour and 300-hour certifications qualifies you to register as an RYT-500 teacher with Yoga Alliance USA — the single most respected credential in the global yoga industry. With RYT-500 status, you can teach at premium international studios, lead yoga retreats and teacher trainings, work in healthcare and wellness centres, and command significantly higher rates than an RYT-200 instructor. It is not just a credential upgrade. It is a career transformation.

What makes Tratak Yoga the right school for your 300-hour training

At Tratak Yoga Academy, located near Laxman Jhula in Rishikesh, every element of the training is designed around one principle — depth over volume. We cap every batch at a maximum of 12 students, ensuring you receive one-on-one mentorship, personal posture corrections, and the kind of individual attention that simply does not exist in larger schools.

Our faculty of 12 specialist yoga masters each lead their own dedicated subject area — from Ashtanga and anatomy to aerial yoga and sound healing. You are not learning from generalists. You are learning from experts.

The 300-hour curriculum includes everything from the 200-hour foundation — asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology — plus six dedicated aerial yoga sessions and comprehensive sound healing training, both as personal practice and professional teaching tools. Every session has a purpose. Every module builds on the last.

Your training. Your timeline. Batches open on the 1st of every month. The course runs for 28 days and concludes with a graduation ceremony where you receive your Yoga Alliance USA RYS-300 certificate — the final piece you need to register as an RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance USA.

If you are serious about advancing your yoga career and stepping into the highest level of global teaching credibility, Tratak Yoga's 300-hour advanced YTTC in Rishikesh is your next step.

Why 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training After 200 YTTC?
