At Tratak Yoga Academy, the course follows the Ashram code. You need to maintain respectful behaviour, follow the Sattvic diet - no alcohol, and only vegetarian meals are acceptable. Regular attendance and punctuality are top priorities.

At Tratak Yoga, we provide a flexible structure for a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate, which is recognised worldwide. You can complete your 200-hour yoga teacher training in two semesters within 36 months.

100-hour YTTC is suitable for beginners. The 200-hour YTTC is the foundation to get an international certificate for yoga professionals. 300-hour YTTC is an advanced level for experienced and certified teachers to enhance their knowledge.

Yes, Tratak Yoga is completely safe for all solo female travellers. Every month, many solo female travellers join our yoga teacher training program. Our campus in Rishikesh is peaceful, secure, and supportive.

Yes, after completing the Yoga Alliance-certified course, you can become a certified yoga instructor. The 100-hour YTTC does not provide a certificate. You will get your 200-hour certificate once you complete both semesters of 100 hours.
