200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Rishikesh | Tratak Yoga

Start your journey to becoming a globally certified yoga teacher at Tratak Yoga Academy — one of Rishikesh’s most trusted and intimate yoga schools. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) in Rishikesh is designed for every level — from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners — who are ready to deepen their practice, understand the authentic roots of yoga, and step confidently into a life of teaching.

Nestled on the banks of the sacred River Ganga, surrounded by the Himalayan mountains, Tratak Yoga offers a rare combination of spiritual atmosphere, world-class instruction, and personalised attention that most yoga schools simply cannot match.

We keep our batches small — a maximum of 12 students per batch — so every student receives hands-on posture correction, individual feedback, and a truly transformative learning experience. No crowded halls. No impersonal teaching. Just you, the mountains, and the practice.

Our curriculum covers everything included in the Yoga Alliance USA’s RYT 200 standards: asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, Ayurveda, mantra chanting, mudras, and Shatkarma. Five to six experienced, lineage-trained yoga masters guide every session — each specialising in their own subject area.

Flexible structure that fits your life. Can’t commit to 22 consecutive days? No problem. Our course is split into two 100-hour semesters that you can complete in two separate visits — within 36 months. Full flexibility, zero compromise on quality.

Your training begins on the 1st of every month with a welcome ceremony and concludes on the 22nd with a graduation ceremony — where you’ll receive your internationally recognised Yoga Alliance USA RYT 200 certificate.

Everything you need is included — clean accommodation, three daily Sattvic meals, study materials, airport pickup, online revision classes, YACEP certification, and lifetime community support — with no hidden charges.

If you are searching for an authentic 200-hour yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh that will genuinely transform your life, teach you to teach with confidence, and give you an internationally respected certification — your search ends here.
