Is the certification internationally recognized?

Yes. Our 200-hour, 300-hour, and Aerial Yoga Teacher Training courses are fully registered with Yoga Alliance USA. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to register as a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and teach anywhere in the world.

Are accommodation and meals included?

Absolutely. All our residential packages (11, 22, and 28 days) include comfortable accommodation (private or shared options) and three nutritious, vegetarian/sattvic meals per day to support your practice and detoxification.

 

Do I need prior experience to join?

For our 100-hour and 200-hour courses, beginners are very welcome! We start from the foundations of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. However, for the 300-hour advanced course, you must have completed a 200-hour training previously.
