The best time to visit this land of enchanting beaches is from November to February. The monsoon is not a good time to visit Goa as high tide prevails in the sea and shacks remain closed. The monsoon season can be quite a treat for those who enjoy peace and rain.
WINTERS
The months of November to January are the most pleasant, with an average maximum hovering around 32° Celsius and a minimum staying close to 17° Celsius. The weather at this time is wonderful, with rain being a distant memory, and the seas are calm and clear.
SUMMERS
This season extends from March to May and can be a bit uncomfortable with an average temperature ranging between 25° Celsius and 35° Celsius. In April, when the weather becomes hot and humid, shacks shut down and beaches slowly empty out.
MONSOONS
From June to September is a good time to celebrate and enjoy parties, which are held to welcome the rain. The countryside turns lush green almost overnight, right at the onset of the monsoon.
If you are coming to Goa by air, then the nearest international airport is located at Dabolim. Dabolim main airport is situated at a distance of almost 29 kilometers away from Panaji. This international airport is well connected with the major domestic cities as well as international major cities in the U.K. and Germany as well.

Via rail, it is quite easy to reach Goa as the major railway stations in Goa are located in Margao. The main railway stations is known as Madgaon and Vasco-da-gama. These railway stations are well connected with Mumbai and other major parts of the country as well.

The nearest bus stand is the Kadamba bus stand in Panaji which is considered the main bus station.
