Hatha Yoga – steady, foundational asana practice to build alignment and awareness
Ashtanga Vinyasa – dynamic flow to develop strength, flexibility and internal heat
Aerial Yoga – unique aerial asana practice using hammocks to enhance body awareness and fun in your teaching toolkit
Adjustment, Alignment & Teaching Methodology – learn how to safely assist, align and instruct classes confidently
Yoga Anatomy, Physiology & Ayurveda – gain essential knowledge of body systems, yogic health and holistic wellness
Mantra Chanting & Shatkarma (Jal Neti, Rubber Neti, Netra Shuddhi) – traditional cleansing techniques and sound practices
Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Sound Healing – deepening of breath, relaxation, mind-body connection and healing sound therapies
Certification valid with Yoga Alliance USA — after completion you will be eligible for RYT-200 registration and can teach worldwide
