About the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
Our 300 Hour YTTC is a 22-day immersive program that combines traditional yogic wisdom with modern anatomy and advanced teaching techniques. It focuses on mastering Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, and Ayurveda.
The course aims to help you evolve from a competent yoga instructor into a confident, authentic, and inspiring teacher, capable of guiding advanced students with clarity and precision.

Advanced Asana Practice
- Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Intermediate Series (Nadi Shodhana)
